The British International School of Northern Thailand warmly welcomes back Mr. Tad Gary Thompson. We are very delighted to have Teacher Tad onboard with us again. Teacher Tad graduated with a bachelor of science of music from Texas A&M-Commerce, USA.
Before relocating to Thailand, Teacher Tad taught music at Hilltop Middle School and Richard Gahr High School, California, USA. Teacher Tad is also an accomplished musician and music teacher, to be EXACT, tuba teacher. Teacher Tad has directed orchestras and wind bands in the US. He also was adjunct low brass instructor at Payap University before he started his primary/secondary teaching career in Thailand.
Teacher Tad joined our school in 2007, teaching English and maths before moving to our sister school, The British International School of Krabi. Teacher Tad was headmaster in Krabi for 2 years before taking a sabbatical leave during which he taught math, science, IT and English in an EP program at Thai government secondary school in central Thailand. Teacher Tad is now ready to join our teaching faculty again. He will start teaching English and science at our school from this upcoming May. We are excited to see Teacher Tad and look forward to his arrival in May.
